Shipping Policy

UR Frozen Foods ships mainly to Europe, South America, and South Asia. We offer a standard delivery service, informing you of the expected shipping date and notifying you of any changes. If you have other special needs please email to peter.xu@urfrozen.com

 and our staff will be able to provide you with shipping details.

Our Shipping Carriers

Before leaving our warehouse, we will ensure that each order is properly packaged, labeled and inspected for damage. As packaging may vary somewhat, we offer a weighing service and will notify you prior to the arrival of your shipment. As standard procedure, all of our carrier partners will arrange delivery appointments with you by phone prior to delivery of your items. A member of the buyer's staff must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the package for damage, check the weight, and sign the delivery receipt.

 

UR Frozen Foods is not responsible for any missed delivery appointments. If you have scheduled a delivery appointment with the carrier and are not available or available at the scheduled appointment time, you may incur charges for this, which may include missed delivery charges and storage fees, which must be paid in full before we can continue to ship your shipment.

Our Shipping Carriers

Before you receive your package from the carrier, take a picture of the package on or in the truck.

  1. Check the box for damage.

  2. Do not rush to sign for the receipt.

  3. If the shipment is thawed or spoiled, take pictures and check the quantity and let our delivery person pass it on or contact us directly.

  4. If you do not have the opportunity to open the box and inspect it thoroughly, please inform the delivery person or send us a message to notify us.

 

Following these steps will protect you in the event of any damage and make the process of replacing damaged and or lost items smoother.

 

UR Frozen Foods is not responsible for the cost of transshipment or replacement of goods if there is no note on the shipping receipt regarding damage, or if thawing is reported late after delivery.  

 

If the shipment shows significant external damage to the box and smells of spoilage:

  • The order must be opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be noted on the receipt.

  • Do not discard damaged items or original packaging.

 

If you receive an item that is initially inspected for serious defects, we will replace the item at no charge or refund your original purchase price. Our return policy includes items that are defective, but the item must still be inspected by our personnel and UR Frozen Foods is not responsible for any labor costs or item delays that may occur as a result of receiving a defective item. We always recommend that you wait until your order arrives and has been inspected before making other arrangements.
